Local JROTC Group Comes to Spread Cheer

Harlan County High School’s JROTC group came to Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center to spread some Christmas cheer. They walked around to each room singing Christmas carols. Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Night

Weyoung nurse, older woman, and child dressed as spider-man had a great time handing out candy to our little trick-or-treaters.
