Many older adults lose their mobility with age due to stroke, arthritis, or even an injury due to a fall. Loss of mobility does not mean seniors can’t participate in activities or have a good time. There are many activities they can do without the need of moving around too much.
A list of activities seniors can do with limited mobility are:
- Spend time reading
- Explore a variety of hobbies
- Exercise regularly
- Get creative
- Spend time outdoors
- Have fun with happy visitors
- Play games
- Enjoy movies, TV shows, music
- Participate in charitable works
